2. Middle name (optional)
3. Last Name as per govt ID.
4. Date of Birth.
5. Gender.
6. PAN Card (optional).
7. Select ID proof and upload a copy.
8. IFSC code
9. Bank name
10. Account number
11. Nominee Details (optional)
    
    
    
    
    
6. After providing the details, hit continue to next screen.
7. Enter Mobile Number & email address.
8. Enter the OTP sent to your mobile nuimber.
9. Accept Terms & Conditions and submit the form.
10. That is it. You will become active member after review of your application.
